To Arrange an Anachem On-site Pipette Service Clinic
To arrange a pipette clinic in your own laboratory call 01582 745080 or e-mail pipetteservice@anachem.co.uk with the following information:
Or complete the online Pipette Service Quotation Request Form . A provisional date will be scheduled and a quotation will be issued.
To accept the quotation and/or provisional date - a signed copy of the agreement and a covering purchase order must be provided within 30 days of the quotation date.
Confirmation will be sent to you by post including decontamination certificates and identification tags for labeling your pipettes ready for your clinic.
Preparation
All pipettes used with hazardous materials must have a completed decontamination certificate which needs to be handed to the service technician at the beginning of the clinic. This is necessary in order to comply with Health and Safety requirements.
All pipettes to be serviced & calibrated at your clinic must be labeled using the identification tags provided by Anachem prior to being serviced. This ensures that all pipettes are returned to the correct end user.
Laboratory Requirements
Approximately two meters of “vibration free” work bench, per technician within a stable or temperature controlled environment and an accessible power supply will be required for the work to be carried out.
