On-line Pipette Warranty Registration

Register your pipettes on-line to activate your warranty cover

When you purchase a Gilson, RAININ or Anachem pipette you will receive with it a Warranty Registration Card.

The warranty card is unique to the pipette, with information such as Original Certificate of Conformity stating that the pipette has beeninspected and validated according to the manufacturer’s Quality Assurance System. It also has the Performance Check Report for the specific pipette.It states the pipette make and model, the pipette’s unique serial number plus the date of manufacture.

The pipette is warranted against defects in material under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Anachem is not responsible for incidental damage resulting from physical shock, continuous exposure to corrosive reagents or technical handling not in accordance with guidelines described in the user manual enclosed with the pipette.

There is an area on the warranty card for you to complete your contact details and date of purchase. Once you have completed this section return the card to Anachem where it will be registered on the Anachem pipette warranty database.
